President: Mr. John Augustine
John Augustine works in management for a family recreational business, and lives in Washington County. He is married with two children, has served on the LEA Board of Directors since 2002, and as LEA’s Vice-President since 2007. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science from St. Cloud State University.
Mr. Augustine also worked at Human Events in Washington, D.C., as an intern through the National Journalism Center in the early 1990s, after which he returned to Minnesota and edited a newspaper and a couple of political newsletters. In 2001, he served a term as Chairman of the John Adams Society (www.johnadamssociety.org), a conservative debate society based in Minnesota.

Mark Olson is a former member of the House of Representatives in the Minnesota State Legislature.
Secretary: Mrs. Tammy Houle
Tammy Houle resides in Redwood Falls, MN with husband Doug and three children. She has been married 19 years and has been the home educator of all of their children through all academic years. Tammy is originally from Sioux Falls, SD and has also lived in Austin and Dallas, Texas. Tammy received an Associate in Science degree in computer programming from the National College of Business in Rapid City, SD.
She has been an elected township official for the past 18 years in Redwood County and has been the chair of the Constitution Party of Minnesota for the past 4 years. She has been on the executive board of the Constitution Party of Minnesota since 1996. She was on the ballot for Lt. Governor in 2002. Tammy’s other commitments include being a 4H club leader, Catechism teacher, softball coach, and leading a Czech folk dance group. Tammy also is the facilitator for a group of raw milk consumers.
Tammy was arrested seven times in the late 1980s and early 1990s for peacefully, prayerfully blocking the doors to abortion facilities in SD, ND, MN, NE and Washington D.C. She was charged with trespassing, failure to vacate, unlawful occupancy and disorderly assembly, spending over 100 days incarcerated. The impetus for this activism was to save innocent pre-born children from imminent death and to influence those in power to change patently unjust, unconstitutional law.
